This website is operated by Matias Paulucci. By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to these terms. All digital products are delivered electronically.

2. Digital Products

All digital products (templates, LUT packs, contracts, SOPs, guides) are delivered via instant download after purchase. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product in your own projects and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files.

3. Mentoring Sessions

Mentoring sessions are booked via application. Once accepted, sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreed time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. You will receive a receipt via email after purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital products. If you are not satisfied, email hello@matiaspaulucci.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, videos, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Matias Paulucci unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digital products and mentoring sessions are provided "as is." Results may vary. Matias Paulucci is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services.
